INVOICING & REMUNERATION MODE

Marketing of real estate: Madras is remunerated by fees payable by the Client, collected on notarial deed on presentation of an invoice, up to 7.00% (VAT included) of the price including all taxes of the property sold (price real estate + amount of work in the event of the sale of property with work to be carried out: Malraux, Historic Monument, land deficit ...). Madras may be remunerated, as the case may be, by a marketing commission paid by the supplier or the promoter. Real estate financing brokerage: Madras can be remunerated by a commission paid by the banking establishment which grants the loan. In case of refusal of the proposal presented by the Advisor, no fee is due by the Client.

DEADLINES PROCESSING TIMES

Madras undertakes to process any complaint within the following periods: • ten working days maximum from the receipt of the complaint, to acknowledge receipt, unless the response itself is provided to the customer within this period. • two months maximum between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date of dispatch of the response to the customer unless special duly justified circumstances arise.
